Daniel Carter
He runs the Nexus with a “position before submission” philosophy and a teacher’s patience.
Daniel designs the engine of Nexus—efficient, coach-led sessions that make striking and grappling feel easier without wrecking recovery. He starts each client with a quick movement screen and builds simple progressions that stack: hinge → squat → push/pull → carry, paired with intervals on the rower, bike, or bags that develop power and aerobic capacity in balanced doses.
Expect clear standards (tempo, range, breath), practical tools (kettlebells, dumbbells, sleds, bands), and coaching that scales load and pace to your day’s energy. Daniel programs in short blocks so you see steady wins—cleaner swings, stronger carries, better pacing—while his finishers stay purposeful and joint-friendly. He coordinates closely with the striking and BJJ coaches to keep workloads complementary, and the result is sustainable conditioning you can feel on the mats and in daily life.
