Do I need experience to join?
No. All classes are beginner-friendly with clear demos and scaled options. We’ll meet you where you are and build from there.
How do I book my first class?
Grab a Free Intro on the Schedule, or message us via the Contact page. Arrive 10 minutes early for a quick tour and setup.
What should I bring to my first session?
Comfortable workout clothes, water, and (if you have them) hand wraps and gloves. We have loaners and can show you how to wrap.
How soon will I see results?
Most members feel better conditioning within 2–4 weeks and notice cleaner technique by 6–8 weeks with consistent training.
